  About Me

Roberta Broadie and her family moved to Ashland in 1978. She entered the real estate profession here in 1981. For more than 20 years, she has been a top saleswoman in Ashland and the Rogue Valley.

Roberta’s education and credentials include:

  • Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) since 1998

  • Graduate of the Real Estate Institute

  • Chatham Graduate, Real Estate Counselor

  • Boise State University, 1962-1964

Roberta is also active in the Ashland Board of Realtors serving as chair of two committees: the Legislative Committee and the Membership Committee. In addition, she chairs the Fund Raising Committee for Dunn House, a local non-profit agency.

More than 80 percent of Roberta’s business comes from referrals from satisfied clients and friends, many of whom choose to think of her as a “Home Counselor.”

Roberta, who is originally from the Wood River Valley in Southern Idaho, raised her three children in Ashland. She is now the proud grandmother of seven!

For Roberta, real estate means being a friend to her clients

“The great thing about real estate,” according to Roberta, “is that it is constantly changing: the people, the property, the pattern for putting successful transactions together, which presents the ongoing need for new solutions. When you have accumulated enough experience to approach each situation with confidence, then you enjoy getting to know new people and being able to help them map their way in the real estate market. Real estate is a business for one who proves to be a genuine friend to his or her client—and this is both my goal and my privilege!”

“We want to thank you for the effort you put forth and the personal interest you demonstrated while helping us to realize our dream in Ashland….It was a pleasure to feel that we were not being sold but rather we were being assisted through a difficult and emotional process. Your help was the difference between apprehension and enjoyment.”—Tom and Pat Howard, Owners, Oak Hill Country Bed and Breakfast
